Malo is from Casamance where he has been performing from a very young age and teaching for 20 years. His knowledge of traditional Mandinka rhythms seems endless. His drum is his life, he is attentive and patient, he loves teaching and.he smiles a lot!

Here is the opportunity to get in-depth percussion tuitions where you will improve your djembe techniques and learn traditional rhythms from Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Gambia and Burkina Faso with the excellent Senegalese drummer and teacher, Malo Sonko. ).

Malo can also teach bougarabou and dun dun ... coming soon, seourouba classes. He makes his own drum and will be happy to help you tuning or repairing any drums. He is also available for workshops and/or performances in corporate, school and community events.
