As a grade 8 teacher, on both Drum kit and Snare, I was directly involved in helping Express Music earn the Music Industry Association (MIA) teaching award for the best private teaching facility in the UK for 1999, 2000, 2002. Since 2003 I have taught privately from a studio at my home in Birmingham. All standard lessons are on a 'one to one' basis yet I also do group tuition classes and advanced lessons when required. Music Theory & grades are also available but not forced upon students. I currently teach a wide range of students, from beginner to advanced, from the ages of 8 to adults in their mid 50's.
